 Introduction

Swayam program is the initiative taken by the Indian government to provide the best teaching course online to every student of the nation. Swayam is the platform that has been developed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) along with the help of Microsoft.

Cost: You won't have to pay anything for this. This is completely free of cost provided by the Indian government.

Certification: If a student required a certification then he can register himself before going for any course. After the end of the course, the student is provided with a certification for that particular course after charging a small fee.

Transferrable grade and marks: After completion of the course, the student has to take an assessment test. The marks scored can be transferred to the academics of the students. UGC is undertaking the credits of the swayam program.

 Courses: Almost 2000 courses are being offered through the program. You can opt for the desired program. Many online education providers are the main coordinators of the program. In India, 9 such main coordinators are there.
