IGNOU Scholarship

IGNOU is the best Indian University for Distance Education. This university provides a wide range of courses and thousands of students are enrolling in those courses. The main motive of this scholarship scheme is to spread education to economically weak society students who are not able to pay the fee. Some shortlisting criteria are always opted by the university to provide scholarship

 

  1. There is no limit to the number of students for a scholarship as they have to exhaust all funds available with them.
  2. Being Unemployed is not everyone's choice. But if you are unemployed and pursuing a course from IGNOU then you can apply for a scholarship. Make sure you have marks above 50% to avail of this offer.
  3. There is no age limit. 
  4. The scholarship is applicable only when student clear all his/her semester exams in the first attempt
  5. The scholarship covers reimbursement of course fees, IGNOU help books, and assignment expenditure up to 6,000.
  6. The scholarship will be reviewed and renewed every year until the completion of the course. The continuation of the scholarship depends on the progress and performance of the student if a student is not able to maintain 50% marks criteria then his/her scholarship will be ended on the spot.
  7. To get a scholarship, the student has to send an application letter within 15 days of the release of the result.
